Houston boutique BOWS adds Rusty Hardin equity partner Ryan Higgins
Houston litigation firm Bissinger, Oshman, Williams & Strasburger has added Ryan Higgins as an equity partner from Rusty Hardin & Associates. The Texas Lawbook reported Higgins practiced more than two decades at Hardin's firm after starting at Boies Schiller Flexner in New York.
