Alan J. Schwartz joined Duane Morris as a partner in its New York corporate practice group, Bloomberg Law reported on September 24, 2026. Schwartz counsels clients on tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and other business combinations and divestitures across industries including banking, real estate, blockchain and shipping. He joins from Holland & Knight.
