Foley & Lardner hires former DOJ Antitrust assistant chief Jonathan Lasken in Washington
Foley & Lardner has added Jonathan Lasken as an antitrust partner in Washington after his service as assistant chief and senior litigation counsel in the Justice Department's Antitrust Division and earlier as senior trial counsel at the FTC. He worked on matters including the DOJ's Apple case and Google ad-tech litigation and FTC challenges to deals such as NVIDIA-Arm.
