The Georgia Access to Medical Cannabis Commission voted on Sept. 30 to adopt Rule 351-6-.11, creating a delivery framework for the state's medical cannabis program. The rule requires dispensaries to verify the recipient's identity and active Medical Cannabis Registry Card, keep recipient ID and registry records, and ship only to qualifying Georgia addresses.
