Magnusson said it advised the sellers on the sale of the entire share capital of Kuortaneen Teollisuuspalvelu and its subsidiaries, collectively known as Kutepa, to Metecom. The firm said the transaction was the first acquisition for a metal industry platform backed by MVE Capital and Brawe.
