Milbank LLP hired Claudia Carvajal Lopez as a partner in its New York corporate finance and securities group, Bloomberg Law reported on September 28, 2026. She advises companies, investment banks, and lenders on securities offerings and joins from Davis Polk & Wardwell, where she was corporate finance counsel. Bloomberg said she also guides public and private companies in industries including aerospace, construction technology, and cybersecurity.
