New Jersey's Division of Gaming Enforcement adopted N.J.A.C. 13:69O-1.2A, effective October 19, 2026, codifying data-driven responsible gaming requirements for online gambling operators. Each operator must designate a responsible gaming lead, apply ten patron-play triggers that require a due diligence review, and run three phases of intervention for patrons found at risk, ending in account closure where the patron still meets the criteria.
