Nevada lawmakers clear sweeping cannabis rules on delivery, testing, and ads
Nevada's Legislative Commission approved LCB File No. R152-24 on September 24, 2026, completing legislative review of the Cannabis Compliance Board's comprehensive regulation package. The rules raise the per-trip delivery limit to 12.5 ounces and the per-consumer daily home-delivery limit to 2.5 ounces, overhaul testing, advertising, packaging, and disciplinary rules, and strengthen unlicensed-activity enforcement. The regulations take effect once filed with the secretary of state.
