Sidley says it represented EFI in its planned combination with Agfa’s printing business
Sidley said it represented Electronics for Imaging in an agreement to combine with Agfa’s Digital Printing Solutions business. The firm said a Siris affiliate would own 60% of the combined business and Agfa DPS would own 40%, under the terms described in its announcement.
