Sidley says it represented CDW in $1.5 billion senior notes offering
Sidley Austin said it represented CDW Corporation and affiliates CDW LLC and CDW Finance Corporation in a $1.5 billion senior notes issuance. The firm said capital markets lawyers Rob Ryan and Nicole Garrett led its team, which also included tax lawyers.
