Sidley says it advised underwriters on GSK’s $6.5 billion notes offering
Sidley Austin said it represented underwriters in GlaxoSmithKline Capital’s $6.5 billion senior notes offering across six tranches, guaranteed by GSK. The firm said proceeds went toward repayment of acquisition-facility borrowing for GSK’s completed Nuvalent acquisition and other general corporate purposes.
