Simpson Thacher said it advised Apax on an agreement to acquire Warburg Pincus’s stake in Dutch telecommunications company Odido. The firm said the transaction remains subject to regulatory approvals and employee consultation, and follows the investors’ joint acquisition of the business from Deutsche Telekom and Tele2 in 2022.
