New York sets November RAISE Act registration rollout ahead of January compliance
New York said it would begin directing large frontier AI developers to register in November ahead of the RAISE Act’s January 1, 2027 compliance date. The law established requirements for public safety frameworks, model disclosures and incident reporting, with separate deadlines for imminent physical danger.
