Wyoming extends the federal fuel-hauler hours-of-service waiver to intrastate deliveries through December 16 under EO 2026-10

Wyoming Gov. Mark Gordon issued Executive Order 2026-10 on October 8, 2026, directing the Wyoming Department of Transportation to recognize and adopt, for intrastate commerce, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration hours-of-service waiver for gasoline and diesel haulers.
