Broadfield opens first mainland-Europe office in Paris under Isabelle de La Gorce
International firm Broadfield opened a Paris office—its first in mainland Europe—led by Isabelle de La Gorce as France managing partner after she left PwC Société d’Avocats, where she headed the M&A legal practice. The Paris team will initially focus on M&A and private equity for French and international companies and funds, with an employment practice planned later in 2026. Broadfield operates with operational support from SHP Legal Services, an Alvarez & Marsal affiliate.
