UK legal transformation consultancy Jalubro appointed veteran legal-tech executive David Lumsden as advisor to the board as it scales proprietary technology including AI governance platform Ephiria, Legal IT Insider reported exclusively on September 28, 2026. Lumsden previously led Tikit Group and RAVN Systems through their acquisitions by BT and iManage and later held senior roles at Pinnacle and Harbor. Jalubro said Ephiria applies client and matter-level policy controls across AI tools and agents.
