Fiserv CLO Adam Rosman joins Nvidia-backed Nscale as chief legal officer ahead of IPO
Adam Rosman, chief legal and administrative officer of Fiserv, will become chief legal officer of Nvidia-backed AI infrastructure company Nscale as it pursues a New York IPO, Law.com Corporate Counsel reported on 22–September 23, 2026.
