Judge orders removal of three taxpayer-funded Trump administration ads as likely propaganda
U.S. District Judge Jennifer L. Rochon in Manhattan on October 30 ordered the government to pull three taxpayer-funded Trump administration ads from official websites and social media and cancel third-party distribution, including by super PAC MAGA Inc. Ruling from the bench for a coalition led by Common Cause, she found the ads likely violate an appropriations ban on publicity or propaganda but declined to remove the others for now.
