Ivo open-sources Sage contract model and makes Collaborate generally available

Ivo said on October 1, 2026, that it released Ivo Sage, a free open-source model post-trained with River AI on DeepSeek V4 Flash for long-horizon contract work, and that reinforcement learning lifted its Legal Agent Benchmark Contracts score from 70% to 91%. The company also made its Collaborate contract workflow product generally available. Legaltech News reported the Sage release on October 2.
