Weil adds Freshfields private equity partner Rebecca Ward in London
Weil, Gotshal & Manges is adding private equity partner Rebecca Ward to its London office after more than four years at Freshfields. Bloomberg Law reported Ward previously spent 17 years at Dickson Minto and advised BP on the sale of a 65% Castrol stake to Stonepeak at a $10 billion valuation.
